OUR HISTORY

1958

Our Concern dated its presence in 1958 when Mr.M.RAJENDRAN established Mr. Lungie which dealt with manufacturing lungies WITH 8 LOOMS.

1965

* We stepped in manufacturing masal powder, flours mill.

1971

* Mr. got its new outlook and we started expanding our arms in different industries like huge rice mill unit located in Dhalavaipuram east

1973

We entered the competitive field of dying, by implementing new innovative thoughts; in the name of Mr. dying WORLD and registered ourselves in the minds of the customers.

* Mr. Lungie manufactured and marketed by us registered the brand name Mr. in the hearts of South Indians.

1982

* Mr. Oil mill emerged in new dimension in manufacturing oil and it’s by products managed by our experienced Sales and Marketing Team.

1996

* Mr. fulfilled its desire by enriching the garment Industry with the additional feature of manufacturing inskrits, nightys, chimes, slips, night suits, etc.

1999

* nandini fodder and feed focused on manufacturing rice barn products to cow,goat,cattle,pig,etc by processes like air drying, adding mineral mixtures and expanded its marketing region all over Tamilnadu.

2001

* Mr. Marketing made the best product in inskrits and marketed it throughout Tamilnadu.

* Mr. rice mill manufactured rice with International Standard using Dhopai boiling unit

* We introduced Japanese color sorter in rice processing.

2006

* Mr. production house power loom factory and dying units was certified as an power saver organization

The Office is adequately equipped with all essential communication facilities. Completely automated with computer in every department to meet the growing needs of the company.

2010

Mr. with a well base in fodder industry we got the dealership of KSE PELLETING FEED for our area.

OUR CONCERN had established a strong market for our products in the states TAMILNADU, KERALA, ANDHRA PRADESH, KARNATAKA, MAHARASTRA, MADHYA PRADESH, GUJARAT, ORISSA, WEST BENGAL, BIHAR, JHARKHAND, Andaman and nicobar and ASSAM. We are servicing more than 5000 plus satisfied customers with great care. The payments are made for us through account payee drafts by our customers.

 Process:
Mr. is the leading & quality manufacturer and successfully extending it's service with 50000 plus satisfied customers in various parts of India.
The lungies marketed in the branded name Mr. enjoys a good market share for years known for its fabric quality, State of art designs and colors.
The lungie (usually pronounced "long-gee" in Bengali) is the most commonly-seen dress of Indian men, although it is not normally worn on formal occasions.

In Tamilnadu, the lungie, generally colorful, and available in varying designs, is worn by both men and women. Physical laborers use it as a working dress

Depending on local tradition; lungies can be worn by men and/or women. They are tied or fastened in various ways, and can be used in different cultural activities, ranging from normal daily life to elaborate wedding ceremonies

MR today has integrated facilities for all processes involved in the manufacture of lungies starting from Procurement of Yarn, Dyeing, weaving parceling and shipping.
MR has also added HANDKERCHIEF & TOWELS to its portfolio of products.

Yarn Procurement


The quality yarn used with state of Art modern designs and fast colors make them supersede the other products of the same trade available in the market. The company’s product is identified under the brand name of “Mr.” 'Quality begins with the procurement of yarn. MR procures all its requirements directly from mills paying top prices for the best available.

Dyeing-Stage1

'The sorted yarn is then sent for dyeing using only 100% FAST color guaranteed dyes. MR has its own dyeing units with state of art cheese dyeing techniques. Much care is taken for getting the desired results



Dyeing-Stage2

'Dyeing is a critical cycle and the finished garment exhibits good dyeing techniques. So MR ensures only dyes that guarantee non fading. '


Kattari

'Kattari is the traditional Tie dye process of yarn that brings about a graded effect in the woven lungie. '


Weaving Quality

The cornerstone of Mr.’s saga has been the emphasis on quality. This is evident in every aspect of its business processes.

Winding


'The steps taken to prepare the warp for weaving is known as winding the warp. The yarns are wound on a frame called a warping board.
The warping board has removable pegs to allow the weaver to adjust the length of the warp. '

Weaving

‘Once the loom is dressed and the weft yarns are prepared, the weaver is ready to start weaving.
The weaver passes the shuttle through the opening laying the weft thread across the bottom layer of warp threads.

Eligibility Criteria
Age : Entry: 0- 65 Years (risk cover from age 7 only)
Term : Fixed Term 5- 40 yrs.
: Whole Life (till death or upto age 99)
Term for Minor : 18 - age at entry or 5 yrs (whichever is higher)
Age at maturity : 80 for limited term, 99 for whole life.
Minimum Premium : Y- 24000, H- 12000, Q- 6000, M-2000
(Single P- 40000)
Partial withdrawals
Allowed from  later of 4th  policy anniversary or age 18 whichever is later.
4th & 5th year          :  25 % of the fund Value
6th year onwards      :  Fund value – (125% of AP)
Single premium     :  Fund value – (10,000)
4 free withdrawals in a year.  After that 100/- per withdrawal.
Bonus Units will be allotted as follows:

8th Yr.       :      15% of average Basic premium paid
15th Yr.      :      25% of average  Basic premium paid
20th Yr      :      60% of average Basic  premium paid

Totally 100% of the average  Basic premium paid
